Modular systems provide a method of construction using a standard set of components. This offers benefit in performance and programme delivery over other building methods
This kit-of-parts approach gives clients a common platform to develop a wide range of building solutions. This platform provides up to 80% of the standard components required, with the remaining 20% provided by specialist bespoke design. The balance of work for standard components will vary from project to project depending on the application.
Our product range provides options that can cater for design complexity and specific industry requirements. Each product group can be modified and adapted to meet our clients’ design specification, timeframe and budget, all delivered with provision of a full turnkey solution.
EcoBuild provides clients with a cost-effective building system that meets all the main requirements for a wide range of applications.
PremierBuild offers clients a cost-effective building system with an enhanced specification to improve the working environment. Maxi Space’s hire fleet has been constructed to this specification giving our clients additional quality and environmental benefits.
+PlusLine offers a fully building regulation compliant system that can be designed to meet stringent planning requirements. Where high levels of environmental design are needed +PlusLine is capable of achieving these performance requirements. Maxi Space are able to offer this system on a rental basis should this be required.
Dwellpod is the first truly portable living solution of its kind. Using volumetric modular construction methodologies, Dwellpod has been designed to provide rest, work and play facilities that can be relocated from one geographic location to another. Instead of investing in traditional building methods to deliver accommodation that, once built, is fixed to a location, with Dwellpod you can move, repurpose and reuse.
