If ownership of the building is required for long term projects we would normally recommend a purchase option.

Hire/rental options
Projects with timescale limitations are, by definition, temporary and we offer ‘Pay as you go’ financial arrangements to make the outlay cost manageable and effective.
With a range of hire/rental solutions to finance the building this can be charged to the Profit & Loss account rather than capital spend providing tax and cash-flow benefits.
Similar to the car industry, ‘off balance sheet’ financing is an option for managing these assets, providing an efficient method to supporting your accommodation requirements.
These transactions are covered by the Financial Conduct Authority. We provide transparency on the cost of capital to allow you to evaluate the options.
