Where a design team is already involved, we work in partnership with them throughout. From here, we start thinking creatively about how the available space can be used, what’s genuinely achievable within your budget, and how the project could take shape.

Getting the Fundamentals Right from the Start

We look closely at feasibility and budget from the outset, as it will make a huge difference to how smoothly everything that follows goes. Ultimately, this will result in fewer surprises further down the line and give the design phase a solid, realistic foundation to work from. This aligns with RIBA Stages 0 and 1, where the focus is on reviewing site information and developing an initial project brief. Getting this right early means the rest of the project has a clear, agreed starting point to build from.
