The Health Technical Memorandum and Health Bulletin Notices are regularly being updated to deal with changes in practice and technology. With our aging population the dependency on healthcare services will require significant investment in infrastructure. 

Our experience of COVID has challenged the way services have been delivered in the past and making structures flexible to change as technology and clinical practice improve requires insight into the design decisions taken when planning healthcare structures.
