The challenge

Bellway Homes contacted us to create a premium marketing suite that reflects the quality and reputation of their developments. Using Bellway’s initial design and specifications, our goal was to transform these early concepts into a fully detailed, costed, and build-ready plan.

The project also demanded meticulous planning for site access, ensuring vehicle movement and offloading were safely managed under a contract lift. It was crucial to coordinate everything so that subsequent trades could complete their work smoothly after installation, thereby achieving the high-end finish Bellway anticipated.

The solution

Using Bellway’s initial concepts as the foundation, we refined the design into an agreed final product that met both functional needs and aesthetic expectations. Once design approval was obtained, we conducted a detailed site visit to assess access requirements and plan for safe installation.
Following the installation of the marketing suite, specialist subcontractors attended the site to complete the finishing elements, including:
• Flooring installation
• Dry-lining of bay-to-bay joints
• Application of external facades
• Installation of branded signage
• Final landscaping completed after our works were finished

Delivery & Install

The installation was carried out under a controlled contract lift to ensure safe delivery and positioning of the building. Once the suite was in place, the remaining subcontractor tasks progressed efficiently, allowing the project to be completed without delay.
