The challenge
There was a growing need for high-quality, flexible living accommodation suitable for both families and individuals. The solution needed to be deployable at short notice, easily relocatable, and capable of supporting clients who required temporary housing without committing to long-term ownership.
The solution
Maxi Space developed the Dwellpod Campus, a modular living concept designed to provide comfortable, modern accommodation with the flexibility to meet changing requirements. The units can be installed quickly, moved as needed, and configured for a range of living arrangements. Maxi Space managed the full process from concept design and planning permission through delivery, installation, operation, and eventual removal, giving clients a complete turnkey solution with the option to procure on a rental basis.
Delivery & install
The entire project was delivered and fully operational within 24 weeks, covering all stages from planning through to installation and handover.
