Organisational Structure

Our matrix structure gives the Maxi Space team the autonomy to complete their appointed tasks and respond quickly to client requirements. This is supported by training and development to make sure the skills of every individual provides a depth and breadth of experience. With a flat structure decentralized decision making and high levels of teamwork provide a supportive environment which improves the morale of the team, success building on success. This level of autonomy has been an essential part of our ability to grow and deliver our service to customers.

Strategic Planning

Taking a strategic perspective of our clients investment decisions, especially at the early stages of a project is a key element of our culture. Our supportive approach to clients decision making early in the project, heavily influences the outcome success later in the project. Understanding all of the ‘moving parts’ allows our project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Risk Management

Creating a safe environment and managing risk effectively is part of our DNA. We deal with risk on a daily basis, whether that be physical harm to an employee or threats to the overall project. Our management team are committed to ensuring safe conditions; this is pre-requisite to the start of any project.
