New office space on a UK production site

Netflix approached Maxi Space was approached to build brand new office space at one of their UK production sites. The building was required urgently due to structural issues with the existing buildings on site. Maxi Space’s rapid deployment capability ensured that we were able to respond swiftly and service their requirements in double quick time. We pride ourselves on our reactive capabilities and we are used to rapid deployment, the programme time for this project was a record for even us. 

The project involved office space for over 200 staff, including a range of open plan, individual and 2 - 4 person offices. The building also houses meeting rooms, toilets, kitchens and canteens, all adhering to DDA compliance.

The building has a floorspace of over 1500m2 (>16640 sq ft). We were able to design, manufacture, deliver, build, install and complete the internal fit out within 15 weeks.
